Sthaana Vaasi is a revolutionary leasing scheme designed to help commercial organizations conveniently purchase office premises while simply paying a monthly rental.
Sthaana Vaasi enables you to own the business premises you currently enjoy on rent, set up a new business on your own property or buy premises to build your business.

The Process

    Enter into a lease agreement with an option to purchase
    We purchase the premises selected by you / build a new office on the land selected
   The repayment period can run up to 15, 20 or 25 years and the monthly installments will suit your cash        flow.
    You will own the property at the end of the period.

This agreement is similar to a landlord / tenant “Lease format”. Rates and Taxes besides the building insurance will be borne by us during the lease.
